Once AR tech is sufficiently advanced, VR will merge into it by simply "closing the blinds", ie blacking out the transparent part of the AR device so it's just you in a closed virtual room.

Hi All , i am newly entered in the AR world. can any one guide me what is required and type of knowledge needed step by step develop AR Applications ( for desktop , websites and Mobile Devices). it will be helpful and easier if you send me links for tutorials for AR beginners. what other skills rather than 3D design and animation i have to get. thanks in advance and sorry for long question :)

It's a new and free service that I created to geotag your pictures and is very intuitive and easy to use and best of all, you do not need to install anything on your computer because everything is done from the web.
To use it, just upload a picture and if your photo has GPS information whereisthepicture.com shows you, in Google Maps, where the photograph was taken.If your photo does not have GPS information, maybe because it's was taken with a camera old whereisthepicture.com gives you the ability to geotag your own photography.

Finally, whereisthepicture.com allows you to send your geotagged picture to your friends so they can show where your photo was taken.

Nice article! All the subjects are well chosen. You got me scared, though, with the Lego shop in Disneyland. I am taking my children there this summer. However, I tried to make my trip as cheap as possible. I looked for the cheapest flights and cheapest hotels in Anaheim... But with a Lego shop there... I'm broke! I will have to find a way to void it.
